Terms and Conditions

1. Seller information

The Ekospill platform is operated by Klapix s.r.l.s, VAT number 03139480606, registered at Frosinone, Italia. For any communication: info@ekospill.it.

2. Subject of the contract

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Ekospill B2B platform and the sale of industrial anti-pollution products.

The platform is exclusively reserved for professional operators (companies, self-employed with VAT number). Purchases made are B2B and are not subject to consumer protection regulations.

3. Platform access

To access reserved pricing and complete purchases, a business account must be registered. Registration is free and subject to approval.

• The user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
• Transferring or sharing credentials with third parties is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or revoke accounts in case of misuse.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are in Euro, excluding VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Prices may change without notice.

• The order is considered concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation by email.
• We reserve the right to reject orders in case of pricing errors or unavailability.
• Minimum order quantities may apply for some products.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Bank transfer — IBAN details are provided at checkout. Goods are shipped upon receipt of payment.
• Credit/debit card — via Stripe. Card data is not stored on our servers.

In case of non-payment within the agreed terms, we reserve the right to apply late payment interest and/or suspend the account.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made via express couriers throughout Europe. Indicative delivery times are 2-5 business days from payment confirmation, unless unforeseen circumstances or force majeure occur.

• Shipping is free for orders over €500 (excluding VAT).
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

As this is a B2B sale, the right of withdrawal provided by the Consumer Code does not apply. Returns are accepted in the following cases:

• Defective or damaged product during transport (report within 48 hours of delivery).
• Wrong product compared to the confirmed order.

To initiate a return, contact support at info@ekospill.it. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. Products are CE certified and compliant with European regulations in force at the time of sale.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss resulting from the use of our products or platform.

10. Jurisdiction and applicable law

This agreement is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Frosinone (FR), Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
