When is the card payment charged?
The charge occurs immediately at the time of order. The order is confirmed and processed right away.
Can I request a VAT invoice?
Yes, an invoice is automatically issued for every order. Make sure to correctly enter your VAT number and company name during registration.
Does bank transfer require fees?
Klapix does not charge fees on bank transfers. Any bank fees are the responsibility of the customer depending on their bank.
Can I pay in a currency other than Euro?
We currently only accept payments in Euro (EUR).
